Returns

Due to the digital and personal nature of our products, returns are not accepted once your photo has been delivered. Each photo is created specifically for you, based on your submission, and cannot be reused or resold.


Refunds

We are committed to your satisfaction and to ensuring your photo meets official requirements. If your photo is rejected by the relevant authority for the specified purpose (such as passport, visa, or ID), you are eligible for a 100% refund of the original payment.

To qualify for a refund:

  1. Proof of Rejection: You must provide a credible document or communication that clearly shows the photo was rejected. Acceptable forms of proof include:
    • An official rejection letter or email from the issuing authority (e.g., passport office, visa center).
    • A screenshot or scan of the online application status or rejection portal indicating the photo was not accepted, including the reason.
    • A written notice or stamped document from the office stating the photo did not meet requirements.
  2. Specified Purpose: The refund policy applies only to photos ordered for a specified purpose (e.g., "passport photo," "visa photo"), which must be indicated at the time of order.
  3. Refund Request Timeline: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the date you receive your rejection notice.

Refund Process

  • Once your refund request and proof are submitted, we will review your claim within 5 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for your original purchase.
  • Any refund exceeding the product price (if applicable) may be processed through PayPal or a UK bank account.

How to Request a Refund

Please contact us at instaidphoto@swtrading.co.uk with:

  • Your order number,
  • Proof of rejection (as described above),
  • The specified purpose of your photo (passport, visa, etc.).

We will do our best to resolve your request promptly.
